Start by making Kadai Masala. Fry the roasted coriander seeds, cumin, and black pepper in oil until fragrant. Cook the chopped garlic and ginger in the same oil. Add the sliced onion and tomato on low heat, stirring regularly. Add the kadai masala to the onion-tomato paste and mix well. Prepare the paneer cubes separately in a bowl.
