First, rinse and clean the chicken pieces to remove any dirt or impurities. Then, mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt into the chicken and set it aside.

In a pan, heat coconut oil and add fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and peppercorn. Cook for a few , add the grated coconut and curry leaves, and cook on low-medium heat until the coconut turns golden brown. Use this color change as a sign that the coconut is well roasted and flavors have been the roasted coconut to a mixie jar and grind it along with ground coriander and chilli powder to a fine powder. Then, add a little water and grind to paste the onion and cook it along with ginger, garlic, green chilli, and curry leaves until onions become translucent and start changing the chopped tomato and salt, and cook until the tomato pieces are the cooked tomato mix to the mixie jar, add the ground masala paste, and blend it well. If necessary, add a bit of water to remove all the masala from the jar and transfer it to the and cook for a couple of minutes until the gravy starts boiling. Add the chicken pieces and bring to a and cook until the chicken is cooked well.Once the chicken is cooked, let it simmer on high flame to reduce the sauce the curry by adding garam masala and mix well.
