Ingredients
1 packet of Maggi strip 1 packet of Maggi taste maker 1 tablespoon of oil 1/2 inch of grated ginger 1 medium sized finely chopped onion 1/4 cup of frozen green peas 1 medium sized finely chopped carrot 1/2 teaspoon of gram masala powder 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds 1 medium sized finely chopped tomatoPreparation
Take a pan and add oil. Then, add ginger and cumin seeds, sauté, and after one minute, add the onion and fry for one minute. Add green peas and carrot, frying for one minute. Once done, add the tomato and fry until it softens. Next, add the gram masala powder and salt, and stir fry for one minute. Add 2 cups of water, then add the salt and Maggi taste maker, and boil until it comes to a boil. Add the Maggi strip and cook on medium flame until all the water has evaporated. Finally, add coriander leaves and mix it well. Pour the mixture into a cake tin and let it set for five minutes before demoulding.
