Kindness in Action: A Journey to Masculine Strength and Fitness
Each day brings with it numerous opportunities to be helpful, and for many, being kind is not just an act but a part of their DNA. This is undoubtedly true for me. I believe that being helpful is engrained in my nature, and I do it effortlessly. Of course, there's the old adage from the Bible, 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you,' which serves as a guiding principle.
But it goes beyond that. We are interconnected, and when someone does us a favor, we feel a compulsion to return the favor. Just as you wash my hand, I wash yours. It serves as a reminder that kindness is a two-way street. If there are those among us who refuse to help others, they should remember that their selfishness might catch up with them someday. Chances are, they will find themselves in need of assistance from the very individuals they now refuse to help. As the saying goes, 'what goes around comes around.'
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit a local Christian hospital, an institution we had not visited before. Here, I underwent a blood test, which revealed that my testosterone levels had risen to an impressive 3,443 ng/dl, up from 3,125 ng/dl, all thanks to a meticulously planned daily routine. After the results came back, I couldn't help but challenge the doctor, asking if he thought I was on performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs). To my surprise, he did suggest it, but I was quick to counter with my true story.
For the last few months, I have abstained from all drugs and harmful substances. Dating back to the birth of my second child, I haven't experienced sexual release in over seven years. I shared this secret with a young medical assistant who was assisting me during the visit, and he was utterly impressed by my revelation. As a 48-year-old man, I have never felt more fit, and I attribute this remarkable state of health to my abstinence from sex and various vices.
The doctor was genuinely awed by my story and couldn't help but inquire about the specific steps I took to achieve such a level of health and masculinity. I believe that the principles of helpfulness, kindness, and abstinence play a crucial role in leading a healthy and fulfilling life. Every small act of kindness, every sacrifice, and every moment of self-discipline contributes to the overall well-being and success of an individual.
Conclusion: Embracing Kindness and Self-Discipline
Being kind and helpful isn't just about making others feel good or gaining a good reputation. It's a fundamental part of building strong, healthy relationships and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. My personal journey serves as a testament to the power of self-discipline and the interconnected nature of our communities. By doing good, we not only improve our own lives but also inspire others to do the same. Let's all strive to be the hands and feet of God in this world, showering kindness, and maintaining our health and well-being for the betterment of our communities and ourselves.
