(Rice and the gravy were a small bowl with very little salt and minimal oil, and the vegetables also had very little salt and no oil, around 500-700 calories) 4:00 PM - Another green tea with boiled sprouts or chickpeas. Again, portion control is key, with minimal salt and no oil. 7:30 PM - Dinner - Another meal replacement shake with proteinIn this regimen, I lost 44 kgs, and my breakfast and diet were heavily reliant on shakes. The shakes I consumed were low GI (Glycemic Index) foods, which helped manage my blood sugar levels effectively in the mornings.
