1.1 cup daliya 2.1/2 cup suji (semolina) 3.1/4 cup curd (at room temperature) 4. Water as per the requirement 5. Salt to taste

Method - Namkeen Masaledaar Daliya

Plug in your Morphy Richards Sauté and Soup appliance. Switch on the sauté mode. Add the ghee, pepper, ginger, garlic, and green chillies and sauté for 1 minute. Add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes until they become translucent. Switch off the sauté mode. Add vegetables, daliya, garam masala, water or stock to the maximum mark, and salt. Mix well. Cover with the lid and adjust the setting to chunky mode. Let the cycle finish. Mix well and transfer to serving bowls. Garnish with coriander and serve with onion tomato and lemon wedges on the side.
